Directs an extension program that focuses on irrigated crop production, conservation, and insect pest management. Provide extension programs to address agricultural producer and urban dweller needs that include crop pest management, farm commodity market management, incorporation of conservation area in crop land, crop production efficiency, pesticide safety, landscape maintenance and household pest management. Provides youth development programs to teach participants life skills in agriculture, horticulture, and wildlife conservation. Conducts field demonstration research to address crop production issues.
