Southeast District — Southern rust, bacterial stalk rot
North Central District — Common rust, bacterial stalk rot
Northeast District — Southern rust, common rust,
East Central District — Southern rust, common rust, gray leaf spot, Physoderma brown spot, northern corn leaf blight, northern corn leaf spot, Goss’s bacterial wilt
Central District — Bacterial stalk rot

Soybean
Southeast District — Sudden death syndrome
Central District — Sudden death syndrome
East Central District — Brown stem rot, bacterial leaf blight, Phytophthora crown and stem rot
