On this week's Market Journal Mike Briggs, feedlot manager from Seward, discusses meat demand in 2015, slaughter numbers and the recent slide in cattle markets.The USDA says that in November all fresh retail beef climbed to another record high. The average price of $5.98 per pound was 3 cents higher than October.
