The Farmers and Ranchers College, a series of meetings sponsored by UNL Extension, has three programs planned for this winter. Mark your calendars now for these educational opportunities.

• December 11 — "Ag Outlook" featuring David Kohl, professor emeritus, Department of AAEC, Virginia Tech at the Bruning Opera House in Bruning at 1 p.m.
• January 27 — "Partners In Progress – Beef Seminar" at the U.S. Meat Animal Research Center near Clay Center from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., registration at 9:30 a.m.
• February 4 — "Ag: Trends, Topics and Tomorrow" with Damian Mason, "Agriculture's Professional Funny Man" at the Fillmore County Fairgrounds in Geneva. Registration is at 5:30 p.m., followed by the meal at 6 p.m., and then the program.

Programs are free, but registrations are appreciated to provide a meal count. Please call the Extension Office in Fillmore County at (402) 759-3712 one week prior to the program.
