On this week's Market Journal Michael Haneman, professor of agricultural and natural resources economics at the University of California, Berkeley, discusses the likelihood of increased variability in temperature and precipitation in the coming years. Haneman says producers should be prepared to adapt their cropping systems to the changing climate patterns.
