The following diseases were reported in samples submitted to the UNL Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic.

Corn
South Central District — Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight; southern rust; northern corn leaf spot
Southeast District — Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight; common rust
East Central District — Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight; common rust; Physoderma brown spot; disease lesion mimic
Northeast District — Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight; southern rust; common rust; gray leaf spot
Southwest District — Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight
Central District — Common rust; Physoderma brown spot

Soybean
North District – Brown spot
South Central District – Brown stem rot
South Central District – Phytophthora crown and stem rot
East Central District – Phytophthora crown and stem rot
