Above Normal Levels Predicted for Fall

The National Weather Service today released temperature and precipitation outlooks for September and for the September-November period.  In the maps, 

A means above normal chance
N means normal chance
B means below normal chance
EC means equal chances for above normal, normal, and below normal

Generally, for Nebraska the maps indicate equal chances of any of the weather trends in the 30-day forecast but above normal precipitation and temperatures in the 90-day forecast.
