Help shape the future of Nebraska’s Weed Management Field Day — take a short survey and enter to win a $25 prize.

Since 2013, the Nebraska Extension has hosted the Weed Management Field Day at UNL’s South Central Ag Lab near Clay Center to share the latest research, tools and recommendations in weed control with Nebraska's growers, agronomists and crop advisors. Over the past 12 years, these events have served as a vital platform for knowledge exchange on weed management, hands-on demonstrations, and community engagement.

To better understand the long-term impact of this event and improve future programming, Extension Weed Management Specialist Amit Jhala, in collaboration with the Bureau of Sociological Research (BOSR), is conducting an impact survey of past participants.

We value your input! Whether you have attended once or multiple times, your feedback will help us assess the value of the Weed Management Field Days and identify ways to enhance them.

How to Participate:

The survey should take no more than 13 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and will be used solely for research and improvement purposes.

Why Your Feedback Matters:
  • Helps us measure the event's effectiveness and reach.
  • Informs future educational and research priorities.
  • Supports funding and planning for upcoming field days.

Thank you for being a part of Nebraska’s agricultural innovation story. We appreciate your time and support!

Ten randomly selected participants who complete the survey will each receive a $25 check. Please confirm your participation in the question at the end of the survey and provide your mailing address if you wish to enter the drawing.

For questions about the survey, please contact Dr. Amit Jhala.
