Field Crops Report:
Winter wheat condition rated 18% very poor, 15% poor, 30% fair, 35% good and 2% excellent.
Oats planted was 15%, behind 28% last year and 22% for the five-year average. Emerged was 1%, near 5% last year and 3% average.
