Precipitation Chances and Warm Week Ahead

Expect a warm stretch next week with above-normal temperatures dominating across the Plains. Scattered to perhaps widespread showers are likely to creep in — most helpful for crops still maturing — but not so heavy that everything gets washed. For those trying to finish harvest, short breaks of dry weather will offer good windows. But moisture arriving mid-week could slow things down, especially in wet spots.
