The following diseases were reported in samples submitted to the UNL Plant and Pest Diagnostic Lab May 1-17.

Wheat

Central District – Wheat streak mosaic virus, Septoria leaf spot

South District –Septoria leaf spot, stripe rust

Southwest District – Wheat streak mosaic virus, tan spot

Northwest District – Barley yellow dwarf, powdery mildew, Septoria leaf spot, stripe rust, tan spot, and wheat streak mosaic virus
