The following diseases were reported in samples submitted to the UNL Plant and Pest Diagnostic Lab March 1 to May 1.

Wheat

East Central District – Alternaria leaf blight, leaf spot, stripe rust, leaf rust

South District – Septoria leaf spot, stripe rust, wheat streak mosaic virus

Southeast District – Wheat streak mosaic virus

Northeast District – Septoria leaf spot, stripe rust, leaf rust, Wheat streak mosaic virus

Peas

Northwest – Pythium damping off
