Two Crop Judging Teams Move on to Regionals

Testing their knowledge and their skills, Nebraska ag students got "real world" crop scouting experience and educational feedback from experts during the Nebraska Youth Crop Scouting Competition Aug. 2 at the UNL Agricultural Research and Development Center near Mead. Two teams -- a Colfax County 4-H team and a Humphrey FFA team -- won first and second places, respectively, and will advance to regional competition in Iowa Aug. 30-31.
