UNL Extension will be hosting educational workshops on wind power and landowner issues in October. Workshops will be

- 6-10 p.m. October 6 in Valentine at the Cherry County Courthouse, and
- 8 a.m. to noon October 7 in Norfolk at the Lifelong Learning Center.

These workshops will provide information on land easement contracts for wind power. Speakers will include an experienced wind attorney and experts from UNL and the Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD).
