Corn

Southeast District – Giberella stalk rot
North District – Anthracnose stalk rot
North District – Pythium root and crown rot
Southwest District — Common rust, Goss’s bacterial wilt
South Central District — Maize Chlorotic Mottle virus
Northwest District – Goss’s bacterial wilt
East Central District — Goss’s bacterial wilt

Soybean

Central District – Sudden death syndrome
East Central District – White mold
Central District – Cercospora leaf and pod blight
Southeast District – Cercospora leaf and pod blight
East Central District – Cercospora leaf and pod blight
