Ag Law in the U.S. Supreme Court

In a recent Center for Ag Profitability webinar, UNL Professor and Agricultural/Water Law Specialist Dave Aiken examined three 2023 decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court that are related to agriculture. The first is the California Proposition 12 case, dealing with limiting meat imports into California. Next is another wetlands case dealing with what constitutes Waters of the U.S., or WOTUS. Finally, Aiken considered a property tax forfeiture case, which will have important implications in Nebraska.
