The 2022 Landlord/Tenant Cash Rent Virtual Workshop, "Building Farm and Ranch Resiliency in the Age of Financial Uncertainty" is now available to view online.

Workshops presented on March 24 and 25, 2022, covered 2022 cash rental rates, land values, leasing strategies, landlord-tenant communication, farm and ranch succession planning and an overview of farm programs for landowners.

The March 24 workshop was geared toward eastern Nebraska and March 25 toward central and western Nebraska, however the information presented in both is very similar.
