FarmBits to Premiere Robotics, Women in Ag Series in Spring 2022

The FarmBits podcast, Nebraska Extension’s digital agriculture podcast, has wrapped up its fall 2021 season heading into the holidays. During the fall 2021 season, the podcast covered topics ranging from precision tillage with EarthOptics, to animal tracking and behavior monitoring using the UNL-developed NUtrack system, and digitally enabled commodity marketing with Bushel.

Spring 2022 promises many more episodes covering innovations in digital agriculture.

FarmBits will focus its spring 2022 season on automation and robotics technology in crop and livestock production with a concurrent emphasis on stories of diversity and inclusion in digital agriculture. Specifically, FarmBits is proud to announce a partnership with Nebraska Women in Agriculture and their Open for Business Agripreneurship Series that will facilitate episodes focusing on the contributions of prominent women in the digital agriculture industry.

The spring 2022 FarmBits season will begin with an episode release on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022.
