The second edition of Agricultural Land Management Quarterly will cover 2019 cash rental rates and land values in Nebraska and critical communication issues between landlords and tenants. The webinar will also include a special segment addressing flood-related damages on rented properties. The webinar is May 20 at 6:30 p.m. CT and can be viewed online at agecon.unl.edu/landmanagement.

Jim Jansen and Allan Vyhnalek of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s Department of Agricultural Economics lead the webinars. Jansen, an extension educator focusing on agricultural finance and land economics, directs the annual Nebraska Farm Real Estate Market Survey and Report. Vyhnalek is a farm succession and transition extension educator.

There will be time for webinar participants to get questions answered during the program. Participants are encouraged to sign up in advance and submit questions before the event at agecon.unl.edu/landmanagement.

The webinars are free and open to the public. Recorded webinars are available online.

Future webinars will be held on Aug. 19 and Nov. 18.
