By late Sunday, 65% of Nebraska's corn had been harvested, equal to last year, and behind 72% for the five-year average, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Soybean harvest was 90% done, near 94% last year, and behind the five-year average of 96%.
Sorghum harvest was 73% done, ahead of 63% last year, but near the average of 76%.
Winter wheat condition rated 2% very poor, 6% poor, 22% fair, 50% good, and 20% excellent. Emergence was at 93%, near last year's 92% and the average of 96%.
Pasture and range conditions rated 1% very poor, 3% poor, 19% fair, 63% good, and 14% excellent.
