USDA NASS Crop Report

Winter wheat condition rated 2% very poor,  10% poor,  49% fair,  35% good, and 4% excellent, according to the March 27 USDA NASS crop report.

Statewide, soil moisture supplies declined during February. Topsoil moisture supplies rated 10% very short, 28% short, 59% adequate, and 3% surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 12% very short, 30% short, 57% adequate, and 1% surplus.

Data for the report was provided at the county level by USDA Farm Service Agency and Nebraska Extension.
