On this week's Market Journal Lowell Sandell discusses options for controlling glyphosate-resistant giant ragweed and waterhemp and why it's best to do it early in the season.

Sandell, an Extension educator in weed science, said good decision-making and an integrated approach are key to providing control. Hear Sandell's interview recorded at this week's Herbicide-Resistant Weed Field Days in David City. Glyphosate resistance has been identified in Nebraska in marestail (2006), giant ragweed and kochia (2011), and in waterhemp (2013).
