Foliar Disease Management in Corn Webinar June 27 - UNL CropWatch, June 22, 2013

UNL Extension Plant Pathologist Tamra Jackson-Ziems will present a webinar on Foliar Disease Management in Corn this Thursday, June 27 from noon to 1 p.m.

Blight, rust, leaf spot, anthracnose and other diseases will be covered. The focus will be on disease diagnosis, field management strategies, and fungicide application timing. The webinar will be facilitated by Bruce Erickson, agronomic education manager of the American Society of Agronomy

It is the second of six webinars in the Growing Season Webinar Series, sponsored by DuPont Pioneer, and hosted by the American Society of Agronomy. It is free to members or $25 to nonmembers. The series covers timely topics that reflect the unique conditions and situations growers are facing during the current production season.
