On this week's Market Journal, Frayne Olson, North Dakota State Exension economist, discusses the latest World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates report, winter wheat planting, and how unrest overseas could affect exports. (See the September 12 WASDE report, which lowers projected exports of hard red winter wheat to 25 million bushels. The projected range for the 2012/13 season-average farm price was lowered to $7.50 to $8.70 from the previous range of $7.60 to $9.00 per bushel.)
