The following diseases were reported in samples submitted to the UNL Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic from June 17 through June 30.

Corn

East Central District – Fusarium damping off and root rot
Southeast District – Fusarium damping off and root rot, Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight, Pythium damping off
Central District – Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight, Pythium damping off
Southwest District – Goss’s bacterial wilt and leaf blight
East Central District – Pythium damping off
Northeast District – Pythium damping off
South Central District - Pythium damping off
North Central District – Pythium damping off

Soybean

Northeast District – Pythium damping off
East Central District – Pythium damping off
Central District – Pythium damping off
North Central District – Pythium damping off

 Wheat

Northwest District – Take-all root rot
