2008 Seminars
Ethanol Co-product Storage and Utilization Conference
Extension Educators, NRCS personnel, and animal science/agriculture teachers from community colleges and high schools converged in Mead, Nebraska. Storing wet distillers grains products was the focus of the conference on May 19-20, 2008. Sponsored by North Central Region SARE, the two-day conference, held at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's (UNL) Christenson Research and Education Building, featured a variety of educational seminars from professionals in business and university research programs and full-scale demonstrations of storage techniques.
