Market Journal: Preparing for Tax Day

On this week's Market Journal Tina Barrett, director of the
Nebraska Farm Business Association, explores how you can still reduce your 2007 tax liability. She'll also address how congressional delays in addressing the tax structure may necessitate filing an amended return later in the year.

Also on the program this week:

On the next Market Journal December 7, Matt Stockton, UNL extension ag economist, discusses the cost of winter grazing on corn stalks. Stockton’s Corn Calculator matches the size and number of cattle with the amount of grazing acres available.

Market Journal is broadcast Fridays at 12:30 p.m. on DishNetwork NAUHS 9411, Saturdays at 7 a.m. on NET1 and Sundays at 9 a.m. on NETV2 (all times central). Visit the Market Journal Web site at marketjournal.unl.edu to watch current or previous programs.
