USDA Report: Crop Condition

Despite near normal temperatures across the state, continuing wet weather has minimized field work. All eight districts recorded precipitation, with each averaging at least 1.5 inches and the central district reporting 3.5 inches. Temperatures averaged near normal. Overall, days suitable for work averaged at 1.7, versus last week’s 5.0 and the average of 4.3.
