Corn

Southeast District — Northern corn leaf blight, Goss's bacterial wilt, bacterial stalk rot
South Central District — Bacterial leaf streak/blight, northern corn leaf blight, common smut
Southwest District — Bacterial stalk rot, bacterial leaf streak/blight
East Central District — Bacterial stalk rot, Goss's bacterial wilt
Central District — Northern corn leaf blight
North District — Northern corn leaf blight, bacterial leaf streak/blight, common rust, gray leaf spot, Goss's bacterial wilt
Northeast District — Anthracnose leaf blight, bacterial stalk rot, common smut; gray leaf spot, Goss's bacterial wilt

Soybean

Central District — Pythium root dysfunction
East Central District — Fusarium damping off, Pythium damping off
South Central District — Phytophthora damping off, Pythium damping off
Northeast District — Phytophthora damping off, Bacterial leaf blight, Cercospora leaf blight
