The latest USDA Cattle on Feed Report shows Nebraska and Texas tied for top spot in number of cattle on feed. For consumers, January 2015 saw a record price for ground beef, averaging nearly $4.24 per pound. On this week's Market Journal Seward feedlot manager Mike Briggs discusses narrowing feeding margins and beef demand.
