On this week's Market Journal Extension Host Doug Jose talks with Dr. Dee Griffin, Extension feedlot veterinarian, about protecting cattle from heat stress. A temperature-humidity index of over 85 and night temperatures that stay over 70°F can create a dangerous situation for cattle. Getting cattle water and providing for air movement are critical to providing a safe environment.
