UNL CropWatch April 20, 2011: Catch What You Missed — 2011 Crop Production Clinics Now Online

April 20, 2011

Narrated presentations from the 2011 UNL Crop Production Clinics (CPC) are now available to view online. The presentations were delivered by UNL faculty and include topics on pest management (weeds, insects and diseases), pesticide safety, irrigation, crop production, soil fertility, and agricultural economics. Where presentations were adapted for different regions of the state, multiple versions of the same talk are available.

The presentations can be accessed on the CPC website  or directly at http://cpc.unl.edu/2011mm.cfm. Presentations are grouped by discipline. Clicking on a discipline tab will allow you to see the individual presentation title, speaker, and location. Simply click on the title to view the presentation. The corresponding print article from the CPC Proceedings can be viewed by clicking on the pdf link.

The Crop Production Clinics provide valuable information to help crop producers and agribusiness professionals improve their profitability and safety. This series of one-day UNL Extension meetings are held each January at nine locations across the state. Attendees can obtain Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) continuing education credits and recertify commercial/non-commercial and private pesticide applicators licenses in the Ag Plant category.
